The villa has 5 bedrooms with individual bathrooms and 3 large verandahs with a beautiful sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped, also with washing and drying machines. Full internet, TV and a local cellphone. Daily cleaning and making of beds are included as well as towels and linen.

We take care of you
A couple, a maid and a guard, is taking care of the house Maria Vihar. They clean the house daily, will make the beds, do the laundry and the dishes.  If required the maid can also cook, Indian kitchen.

Transports and other service
A chauffeur, Santos, is connected to Maria Vihar. He speaks good English and can help with any matter you wish. He will pick you up at the airport, do errands, answer most questions you may have.
He is always reachable on the phone. You simply use the local cellphone which is included. He will take you to the beach, the city or elsewhere.

Yoga
Our yogateacher is avalible for yous convenience. He will do yoga with you on the lower verandha in the mornings, with the nature all around.
